No refunds are made once the service has started
‍Since SecretStar offers intangible and irrevocable services, we are unable to issue refunds once an order has been processed and the service has started. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when making a purchase on our website.

Refunds are only possible if:
- Your order has not yet been processed.
- The request is made before the distribution or campaign has been activated.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests for services already delivered, initiated or customized.

Disputes and Chargebacks
‍You accept Do not open disputes or chargebacks for no reason covered by our Terms and Conditions. Doing so may result in the suspension of your account and/or legal action.

Refunds for exceptional circumstances
‍Although all sales are final once the service has started, Yes we accept refund requests in the following cases:

‍In rare cases where the service was not delivered due to a system error or if there was no activity within the specified time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Complaints must be made in writing within 5 days after the date of the order.
- If not reported within this period, the service will be considered to have been Successfully completed.
